The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has explained how candidates who have submitted complaints through its online support platform can access their existing support tickets. The examination body provided the guidance in an explainer video, outlining five steps candidates can follow to check the status of complaints they have previously submitted.
According to JAMB, candidates do not need to create a new ticket simply to check an existing complaint. To begin, candidates should visit the board’s support website, support.jamb.gov.ng. Those accessing the platform on mobile phones should select “Ticket/Support” from the menu before proceeding to the next step.
Candidates should then select the “Access Existing Ticket” option. They will be required to provide the email address linked to their JAMB e-Facility profile, as well as any of their existing ticket IDs in the space provided. After entering the required information, candidates should submit the request to retrieve their support ticket.
JAMB explained that the submitted details would allow candidates to access their existing tickets. Once the ticket is displayed, candidates should click on the ticket ID shown in blue to open and view the complaint. The five steps are therefore: visit the support website, select “Ticket/Support,” choose “Access Existing Ticket,” enter the linked email address and ticket ID, and submit the details to access the ticket.
