LONDON — A UK coroner’s court has officially ruled that the sudden death of prominent British-Nigerian businessman and social media influencer, Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, was caused by a fatal pulmonary embolism triggered directly by a cosmetic penis enlargement procedure in Bangkok, Thailand.
Tripod Times reports that the shocking revelations, made public following an official inquest at the Inner West London Coroners’ Court, concluded that the multi-millionaire socialite suffered irreversible medical complications after being injected with a massive dosage of dermal fillers.

The Luxury Trip That Turned Fatal
Ubiribo, 43, who amassed over 185,000 followers on Instagram documenting a highly lavish lifestyle, was on a luxury vacation in Thailand with his wife, fashion designer Danielle Simba Allen.
During the trip, he visited an unnamed Bangkok clinic where he underwent a non-surgical penile enhancement procedure.
The Dosage:
Medical records presented at the inquest showed that clinicians injected 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine.
The Sudden Collapse: Shortly after leaving the clinic, the couple went for a massage at their Marriott hotel. It was there that Ubiribo began complaining of sudden, agonizing chest pain before collapsing twice.
The Desperate Battle:
He was rushed via ambulance to Sukhumvit Hospital. While initially conscious and communicative, his health quickly deteriorated, and he lost consciousness before a recommended CT scan could even be administered. Doctors performed advanced CPR for more than 100 minutes, but he could not be revived.
Postmortem Findings Confirm the Cause
Although early reports surrounding his passing had vaguely attributed it to a heart attack, subsequent forensic examinations have exposed the precise medical failure.
A rigorous postmortem examination conducted upon his repatriation to the United Kingdom found clear cellular material matching the hyaluronic acid filler trapped inside his lungs.
Pathologists confirmed that the filler had migrated into his circulatory system, causing a massive, catastrophic blockage in the pulmonary arteries. Coroner Jean Harkin formally concluded that Ubiribo’s death was the direct result of a cosmetic procedure gone wrong abroad.
A Somber Send-Off and Expert Warnings
Ubiribo, who owned highly valuable luxury properties in both London and Los Angeles, was laid to rest in a striking gold coffin.
The high-profile funeral in London was heavily attended by prominent societal figures and close childhood friends, including Afrobeats megastar Davido and socialite Cubana Chief Priest.
The tragic verdict has sparked an intense, renewed global warning from major medical professionals regarding the escalating dangers of unregulated cosmetic procedures, specifically male enhancement injectables. Andrology specialists and urological surgeons warn that while these procedures are aggressively marketed as quick, non-surgical enhancements, injecting high volumes of filler into vascular areas carries an exceptionally high risk of entry into major blood vessels, which can lead to rapid organ failure and death.
